Requirements:

Completed the 9 th Grade
Have earned the Backpacking Award
Completed JTC & AJTC.
( AJTC is required for those who started JLTA in 2003 and forward.)

Areas covered at JTT include: Rappelling, Sanitation, Water purification, Map reading, Cross country hike, Search and rescue, 25 mile hike, at 3,000ft to 6,000ft elevations, and other projects
