Requirements:

Completed the 9 th Grade
Completed JTC & AJTC.
( AJTC is required fore those who started JLTA in 2003 and forward.)

Areas covered at JCE include: Effective canoeing, Swim a 100 yards, Water safety, Water rescue, Charting course, Study the book on canoeing that I received, complete the RR canoeing merit.
