Welcome, Junior Leadership Training Academy (JLTA) is a Royal Rangers ministry of the Northwest Ministry Network (NWNM) of the Assemblies of God. JLTA is the focal point ministry of the NWMN Royal Rangers for growing men of leadership for the future of the Kingdom of God. The goal of JLTA is to build boys into men of God. Over the years graduates of JLTA have become: - Outpost Commanders

One graduate, Nathan Johnson, is currently serving as a missionary to Perm, Russia. Our graduates are making a difference for God! JLTA operates five separate camps each summer. Candidates that complete all five of these camps by their 20th birthday are considered graduates of JLTA, and are recognized in a special ceremony each year. Graduates are awarded a special sash, beret, gloves and cavalry saber that is inscribed with their name and their favorite Bible scripture verse. The five camps are: - Junior Training Camp
